I love this Salon! I've seen a couple different stylists and they always take the time to explain what they are going to do before hand. It always turns out exactly what I want - I feel great when i leave Neroli!

Too big for their customers. I felt rushed and not pampered for my haircut. Something has gotten away from their scope. But the prices have gone up.

I have been here numerous times for massages and facials. I can not afford to go more than 1-2 times a year but it is worth it. From the minute you walk in the door you feel pampered. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Neroli Spa and Salon is a rip-off and they don't give you what you ask for! Don't be fooled. It's Bad service. Zero stars if possible
